Mobile Sales Policies
1. New & Pre-owned Device Sales
Manufacturer Warranty: All new devices are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. We will assist customers in reaching the manufacturer for valid claims.
Pre-owned Testing: All used/refurbished devices undergo a 25-point quality check before sale.
Return/Exchange: Returns are accepted within 6-7 days of purchase only if the device is in its original, unopened packaging. Open-box returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. Payments and Pricing
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets. ( Bekash / Nagad ) & Cash on Delivery.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations without prior notice.
🛠️ Service & Repair Policies
1. Data Responsibility
Customer Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up all data (photos, contacts, etc.) before handing over the device.
Data Loss: The service center is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.
2. Repair Warranty
Standard Warranty: Most hardware repairs (e.g., screen or battery replacement) come with a 90-days warranty on the part replaced. And officials warranty up to 180 days.
Exclusions: The warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or if the "Warranty Void" seal is broken.
3. Estimate and Diagnosis
A non-refundable Diagnostic Fee may apply if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after an inspection.
If a technician discovers additional issues during repair, we will pause and seek customer approval before proceeding with extra costs.
4. Liquid Damage Policy
Repairs for liquid-damaged devices are performed on a "Best Effort" basis. We do not offer a warranty on water damage repairs as corrosion can cause future unpredictable failures.
📦 Pickup and Storage
Claim Ticket: Customers must present the original repair receipt/ticket to collect their device.
Unclaimed Devices: Devices not collected within 60 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification will be considered abandoned and may be sold or recycled to recover repair costs.
⚠️ Important Disclaimers
Manufacturer Warranty: Customers are advised that third-party repairs (non-authorized) will likely void the original manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Apple, Samsung).
Water Resistance: We cannot guarantee that a device will remain water-resistant after it has been opened for repair.
Return & Refund Policy:
Timeframe: Most stores offer a limited return window, typically within 2 to 3 days of delivery, for defective or incorrect items.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original, sealed, and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Exclusions: Items on sale, those with physical damage (scratches, water damage, misuse), or with missing serial numbers are generally not eligible for return or refund.
Proof Required: Customers must typically provide the original receipt or proof of purchase, and often an uncut "unboxing video" is mandatory to verify any damage or defects upon arrival.
Change of Mind: Some shops do not allow returns for a "change of mind" or unsealed products.
Refund Processing: Refunds can take several business days (e.g., 3-15 days) to process, depending on the payment method and third-party systems involved.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Costs: Customers are generally responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, though the store may cover the cost if the return is due to their error (e.g., wrong product shipped).
Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided, but delays may occur. Dispatch usually happens within 24-48 working hours after payment clearance.
Inspection: Customers are advised to check the packaging condition immediately upon receipt and report any damage to the delivery person.
Payment & Order Cancellation:
Final Sales: Purchases for certain items, particularly sale or campaign items, might be final and non-refundable.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled by the store if the product is unavailable or the order appears suspicious.
Age Restriction: Many online shops require users to be at least 18 years old to place orders.
